Neuro Psychiatrist: At R.S. Neuropsychiatry Centre, we are deeply committed to providing exceptional psychiatric and neurological care to all our patients. We invest significant time and resources in scheduling and preparing for your appointments to ensure you receive the highest quality service.

Due to the nature of our medical services, which are rendered at the time of your consultation, all fees for appointments, consultations, treatments, and services are final and non-refundable.

1. Understanding Non-Refundable Services

Once a medical consultation, diagnostic assessment, or treatment session has been provided by our Neuro Psychiatrist Doctor, the fee for that service is considered fully earned and is non-refundable. This policy is in place because our expertise and time are dedicated exclusively to you at the time of your scheduled appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change your plans, we kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your visit at no additional charge to a time that is more convenient for you.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), do not qualify for a refund or credit.

3. Limited Exceptions

We will gladly issue a refund in the rare event of a proven administrative or technical error on our part, including:

• A duplicate payment charged for a single service.
• A payment processed for a service that could not be provided and was not rescheduled (e.g., due to an unforeseen clinic closure).
